We were in an accidental landlord situation and were constantly having issues with our tenant. Property Pro’s removed the problem tenant and replaced the tenant at a higher number and we had no issues after that. In addition all the maintenance and things that pop up were no longer our problem. He made owning the property much more manageable.
As a first time landlord I had no idea what I was in for. Luckily PPM had helped me buy the house and reached out when they saw I was renting it. They advised me on some things to avoid and tips to make sure I had no issues with putting the right tenant in the property. After multiple conversations where PPM was more than happy to answer my questions, I decided it made more sense for them to manage the property. They made placing the tenant and move in seamless and even the tenants went out of their way to say how great working with them has been.
I brought my portfolio to PPM and they immediately identified opportunities for more income. In addition they put together cash flow reports and realized I was paying too much for certain expenses and helped me reduce them. After bringing me the opportunity to purchase a strong cash flow property they advised me to dump of my properties that were not performing. We used that sale to purchase another property that was cash flow positive. In addition to making things seamless in terms of managing the portfolio they really improved my portfolio and helped me take advantage of opportunities I may not have been able to. I am thankful for the value and peace of mind they have provided.
